Welcome to Sudoku Classic - Number Puzzle ("the App"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Puzzloft ("we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of the App.

All rights, title, and interest in and to the App, including but not limited to its design, graphics, UI/UX (including the blue character, icons, and themes), code, text, gameplay mechanics, and audio, are owned exclusively by Puzzloft or our licensors. The App is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to use Puzzloft's trademarks, logos, or other brand elements.
The App may include virtual currency (such as "Coins") or other virtual items.
No Real-World Value: Virtual currency and items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for actual cash, real goods, or real services from us or anyone else.
Purchases are Final: All purchases of virtual currency and in-app items made through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or the platform's refund policy.
License Only: You do not own the virtual items or currency; instead, you receive a limited, revocable license to use them within the App. We reserve the right to manage, regulate, control, modify, or eliminate virtual currency or items at any time without liability to you.

PUZZLOFT EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE FROM VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
