By downloading, accessing, or using the Memory Match: Pair Connect application (the "App"), provided by Puzzloft ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. If you are between the ages of 13 and the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have the permission of your parent or legal guardian to use the App, and they must agree to these Terms on your behalf.
All content, design, graphics, compilation, translations, digital conversion, and other matters related to the App (including the game's mechanics, tile designs, and layout) are protected under applicable copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. You are granted a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
The App may include virtual currency (such as "Coins") and virtual items (such as "Lifelines," "Hints," "Shuffles," "Extra Time," etc.).
No Real-World Value: Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency or real-world goods.
License Only: You do not own the virtual items or currency; instead, you receive a limited, revocable license to use them within the App.
Loss of Data: We are not responsible for the loss of virtual currency or items due to account deletion, device changes, or app uninstalls.
The App is supported by advertising and utilizes third-party services, such as Google AdMob, to display banner, interstitial, and rewarded video advertisements.
By using the App, you acknowledge and agree that these third parties may collect and use your data to provide personalized or non-personalized advertisements, as detailed in our Privacy Policy.
We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or any external websites they may link to.
You agree not to use the App to:
Violate any local, state, national, or international law.
Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the App or the servers or networks used to make the App available.
Attempt to exploit, manipulate, or cheat the game's economy, virtual currency, or reward systems.
Use any automated system, software, or script to interact with the App.
The App is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the App or the information, content, or materials included therein. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Puzzloft shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App; or (b) any unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our App after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
