Welcome to Dot Connect - 2 Player Game. These Terms of Service govern your use of the application provided by Puzzloft ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the application.
Puzzloft grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use Dot Connect - 2 Player Game for your personal, non-commercial entertainment on mobile devices (Android and iOS) or tablets that you own or control.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our services or included software.
You may not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the app.

We expect all players to engage in fair play.
The use of cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, or any unauthorized third-party software designed to modify or interfere with the game's leaderboard system is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to reset scores or ban accounts found violating fair play rules to maintain a balanced environment for all players.
The app is free to use and incorporates integrated AdMob ad placements to support ongoing development.
You acknowledge that you may see advertisements during your use of the app.
Puzzloft is not responsible for the content, products, or services provided by third-party advertisers.
Any interactions or transactions you have with advertisers found within the app are solely between you and the advertiser.
All content, design, graphics, text, and other intellectual property within Dot Connect - 2 Player Game are owned by Puzzloft.
The Puzzloft name, the app name, and all related logos are trademarks of Puzzloft.
You may not use our trademarks or intellectual property without our prior written consent.
The application is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Puzzloft makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties including, without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property.
In no event shall Puzzloft be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the application, even if Puzzloft or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide reasonable notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our app after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
