Privacy Policy for PuzzleVerse 3D

PuzzleMania ("we", "us", or "our") operates the PuzzleVerse 3D mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected when you use the App, how it is used, and the choices you have regarding that information.

By installing or using PuzzleVerse 3D, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information You Provide

PuzzleVerse 3D does not require an account or sign-in. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or any other directly identifying personal information.

1.2 Information Stored on Your Device

The App stores the following locally on your device using Android SharedPreferences. This data never leaves your device unless you explicitly share it:

• Your puzzle progress (saved games, pieces placed, time elapsed)

• Your best completion times per puzzle

• Your daily-play streak count and last-played date

• Your settings preferences (sound, music, theme, notifications, gyroscope sensitivity)

• Hint and preview usage counters per puzzle

• A flag indicating whether you have purchased the "Remove Ads" upgrade

Uninstalling the App removes all of this data.

1.3 Information Collected Automatically by Third-Party Services

The App integrates with the following third-party services, which may collect data on their own behalf:

Google AdMob (advertising) — collects an advertising identifier, device information (model, operating system version, language), approximate location based on IP address, and ad-interaction data in order to display banner, interstitial, rewarded, and app-open advertisements. AdMob's data handling is governed by the Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

Google Play Billing (in-app purchases) — when you purchase the "Remove Ads" upgrade, the transaction is processed by Google Play. We receive a confirmation that the purchase succeeded, but we do not receive your payment card information. Google's payment handling is governed by their privacy policy.

Google Play Services — required by AdMob and Play Billing. May process the device's advertising ID and basic device identifiers.

2. Device Permissions

The App requests the following Android permissions:

• Internet — required to load advertisements and verify purchases

• Vibrate — to provide haptic feedback when pieces snap into place

• Network State — to detect whether ads can be loaded

• Billing — to process the optional one-time "Remove Ads" purchase

The App accesses the gyroscope/rotation sensor (no permission required on Android) to power the 3D parallax animation on the puzzle-completion screen. Sensor data is processed in real time and never stored or transmitted.

3. How We Use Information

• Locally stored data is used to deliver gameplay features (saving progress, tracking streaks, applying your settings).

• Third-party-collected data (via AdMob and Google Play) is used by those services to deliver and personalise ads, prevent fraud, measure ad performance, and process purchases.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not have access to the analytics or personal data collected by AdMob or Google Play beyond aggregated, anonymised reports.

4. Advertising and Your Choices

The App shows advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Some ads may be personalised based on your interests, derived from your device's advertising identifier.

You can limit personalised advertising by:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → "Delete advertising ID" or "Opt out of Ads Personalisation"

You can remove all advertisements from the App by purchasing the "Remove Ads" in-app upgrade.

5. Children's Privacy

PuzzleVerse 3D is suitable for general audiences but is not directed at children under 13 (or the equivalent age of digital consent in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will delete it.

If you are a parent or guardian and want to prevent personalised advertising for your child, please use Android's "Family Link" or "Opt out of Ads Personalisation" controls described in Section 4.

6. Data Retention

• Data stored locally on your device is retained until you uninstall the App or use Android's "Clear Data" option for PuzzleVerse 3D.

• Data collected by AdMob and Google Play is retained according to their own retention policies, linked above.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your region (GDPR in the EU/UK, CCPA in California, and similar laws elsewhere), you may have the right to:

• Request access to data held about you

• Request correction or deletion of that data

• Withdraw consent to personalised advertising

• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority

Because we do not collect or store personal information ourselves, most requests should be directed to Google for AdMob/Play data. For any concerns regarding the App, contact us using the details below.

8. Security

We rely on Android's sandboxed application storage and on Google's infrastructure for ads and payments. While no system can be 100% secure, we are not aware of any data that we ourselves hold that could be breached, as the App stores its data only on your own device.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
