CrazySoftware provides Puzzle Haven, a jigsaw puzzle game. This policy explains how information is handled when you use the game.
Puzzle Haven stores gameplay information locally, including puzzle progress, completed puzzles, unlocked puzzles, settings and your Remove Ads purchase status.
You do not need to create an account to play. We do not operate a server that receives your puzzle progress.
Clearing the app’s storage or uninstalling it may delete local progress. Android backup and restoration features may also affect locally stored information.
Puzzle Haven uses Google AdMob to display banner, full-screen and optional rewarded advertisements.
Google’s advertising SDK may collect and share:
IP addresses, which may be used to estimate approximate location.
Device identifiers, including advertising identifiers and app set identifiers.
App interactions, such as launches, taps and advertisement views.
Diagnostic information about app and advertising SDK performance.
Google uses this information for advertising, analytics and fraud prevention. Google’s Mobile Ads SDK encrypts its collected data in transit.
Advertising behavior may vary according to your location, device settings and privacy choices. Where applicable, the game presents consent options before requesting advertisements. Available choices can be reviewed through the game’s Ad privacy options.

The optional Remove Ads purchase is processed by Google Play.
Puzzle Haven receives purchase information needed to determine whether Remove Ads has been purchased and to restore that purchase. Purchase status is stored locally.
We do not receive or store your payment card number or bank account details.
Remove Ads disables banner and full-screen advertisements. Optional rewarded advertisements for additional hints remain available if you choose to watch them.
Google Play handles payment processing, transaction records and applicable refund requests under its own policies.
If you contact support, we receive the information you provide, such as your email address, message and any screenshots or diagnostic logs you choose to send.
We use this information to respond to your request and investigate reported problems. Please avoid sending passwords, payment card details or other unnecessary sensitive information.
We do not sell information you send directly to us.
Google AdMob and Google Play process information as described above and under their own policies. We may disclose support correspondence where necessary to comply with a legal obligation or protect against fraud or abuse.

Review available advertising privacy choices in the game.
Use Android’s advertising settings to reset or delete your advertising identifier.
Purchase Remove Ads to disable banner and full-screen advertisements.
Decline optional rewarded advertisements.
Clear the game’s local data through Android settings.

Clearing local game data does not delete information or transaction records independently held by Google. Requests concerning that information should be directed to Google through its privacy and account tools.
Local gameplay information remains subject to your device’s storage, backup and deletion settings.
We retain support correspondence only for as long as reasonably needed to address your request, resolve related issues or meet applicable legal obligations.
Google determines retention periods for information processed through its advertising and payment services under its own policies.
We take reasonable steps to protect information provided directly to us. However, no electronic storage or transmission method can guarantee complete security.
Puzzle Haven does not require players to submit their name, age or email address to play.
Parents or guardians who have concerns about information provided by a child may contact us. Advertising and payment services are subject to their providers’ policies and applicable age requirements.
We may update this policy when the game or its information-handling practices change. The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
