Data Deletion Request

If you would like to request the deletion of your data associated with Puzzle Blast: Neon Blocks, please follow the steps below:

How to Request Data Deletion

1. Send an email to ad.readzen@gmail.com
   
   

2. Use the subject line: Data Deletion Request – Puzzle Blast: Neon Blocks
   
   

3. Include the email address or account used to sign in to the app
   
   

Data That Will Be Deleted

Upon verification, we will delete:

• Account information (email, user ID)
  
  

• Game progress and saved data
  
  

• Leaderboard records linked to your account
  
  

Data That May Be Retained

Some data may be retained for legal, security, or fraud prevention purposes, such as:

• Anonymous analytics data
  
  

• Aggregated crash or performance logs
  
  

Processing Time

We will process data deletion requests within 30 days of receiving a valid request.
