PaulaAnn Fazio

A New Voice Focused on Opportunity, Accountability, and Putting Kids First 

A retired education professional who worked in Brooklyn’s New York City schools, PaulaAnn Fazio now lives in Leisure Village West, where she manages the Italian American Social Club. 

PaulaAnn is running for the Manchester Township Board of Education because she believes every student deserves the structure, guidance, resources, and opportunities necessary to become successful, confident, and prepared for the future. 

Although PaulaAnn would bring a new voice to the Board, she has taken the responsibility of seeking public office seriously. She has regularly attended Manchester Board of Education meetings since 2023 to become more familiar with the district, its leadership, and the issues facing Manchester schools. She has also begun becoming involved directly with students, including participating in a reading program with elementary students in the district. 

Currently, PaulaAnn is a Certified Holistic Health Coach. She brings an emphasis on listening, communication, respect, and looking at the needs of the whole person—qualities she believes are equally important when making decisions affecting students and families.

PaulaAnn believes Manchester must prepare students for many different paths after graduation. In addition to strong academics, she supports expanding hands-on learning and opportunities connected to skilled trades and careers. She also recognizes that education extends beyond the classroom and values athletics, music, theater, visual arts, and extracurricular activities as important parts of developing well-rounded students.
