My name is Sarah Putros, and I like to create with my hands.

Aside from drawing and making art, I also love cooking, plants, watching food and garden documentaries, and plan to eventually have my own functional backyard organic farm (that's a long term goal).

Currently, I'm an adjunct professor at Cal State Long Beach teaching Art 390: Figures in Context (gesture drawing). I used to work in the animation industry as a 2D compositor (Final Space, Bojack Horseman, Cosmos) - but now I wanted to focus on my own art this year.

I'm currently working on finishing off my mobile game that I created alongside my husband and two other artists called "Garden Warrior" - and we hope to have it completed by April!

After that is finished, I'll be turning my attention to making illustrations and short graphic novels. Hopefully there will be more to show before I go to the Lightbox Expo in Pasadena this September!
