About the Founder

Welcome!

I’m Precious Sanders, founder and certified educator of Put Me In Coach! Microschool and Learning Hub. For over 14 years, I’ve helped children become confident, capable learners by honoring the unique way each child learns and grows.

My journey began in Baltimore, where I discovered my purpose in education and earned my degree from Temple University. Now rooted in Houston, I’ve served students across Aldine ISD and Humble ISD while raising two beautiful daughters with my husband and best friend, Kamal.

After years in both public and private schools, I saw that many children needed something more—a learning space that feels empowering, supportive, and human. So I created Put Me In Coach to offer an alternative: small-group learning where students have a voice, make choices, and learn at a pace that builds confidence, curiosity, and joy.

At PMC, learning isn’t one-size-fits-all. It’s personal. It’s purposeful. And it helps children fall in love with learning again—preparing them not just for school, but for life.
