FireMelon Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”) built the PUSH-UP!! mobile application (“App”) as a free fitness utility. This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you use the App, including compliance with Google Play’s user data policies.
We strive to collect as little personal data as possible. The App may collect or access the following information solely for core functionality:
a. Camera Access
We use the camera exclusively to detect your body movement (face and shoulders) to count push-ups.
No photos or videos are recorded, stored, or transmitted.
Camera access is strictly limited to real-time analysis within the app and cannot be used to take or save media.
b. Workout Data
Push-up counts, streaks, and session history may be saved locally and in the cloud (if you're signed in via Firebase Authentication).
This data is only used to display statistics and progress to the user.
a. Google AdMob
Our App displays ads using Google AdMob, which may use device identifiers and cookies to:
Serve and personalize advertisements
Limit ad frequency
Detect and prevent fraud

We use the information collected (such as workout stats) for the following purposes:
To track your progress and show personal statistics
To detect push-ups using the device's front camera
To show personalized ads via AdMob (no personal identifiers are stored by us)
Data such as your workout history is retained as long as you use the app.
If you uninstall the app or request data deletion, all stored data associated with your user ID will be permanently deleted.
Users can request deletion of data at any time by contacting us via the email below.
We implement reasonable security measures and rely on trusted platforms like Firebase to securely store and protect user workout data.
This App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal data, contact us for removal.
