Welcome to PushUpBlocker. This Privacy Policy explains how your information is handled when you use the PushUpBlocker mobile application (the "Service"). PushUpBlocker is built with a strictly "privacy-first" approach. By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the terms of this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use.
The Service is operated by Ibrahim Kahraman ("we", "us", or "our"). PushUpBlocker encourages physical activity by requiring users to perform physical exercises (such as push-ups, squats, etc.) to unlock blocked applications and earn screen time.

3.1 Account Information (No Registration Required)
You do not need to create an account to use PushUpBlocker. We do not request, collect, or store any personal information that could directly identify you, such as your name, email address, or phone number.
3.2 Automatically Processed Data
Device and Usage Data: To ensure the app functions properly, anonymous data regarding your device type, operating system version, and in-app crashes/errors may be collected.
App Usage Information (Screen Time API): Through the iOS Screen Time API (FamilyControls), we monitor and restrict access to the external applications you select. This restriction process occurs entirely locally on your device. We do not view, collect, or store any information regarding the specific content or personal data viewed within those external applications.
3.3 Face Data & Exercise Detection (Camera Usage)
How It Works: PushUpBlocker uses your device's camera to perform local (on-device) body and facial landmark detection to verify that you have completed the required exercises to unlock your apps.
Explicit Consent: We request your explicit consent within the app before accessing your camera.
No Data Storage: For exercise verification, we do not collect, send to servers, or store any face data, photos, or videos.
Processed locally only: The camera feed never leaves your device. Images are processed in real-time and immediately discarded.
No biometric recognition: We do not perform facial recognition to identify you; we solely count the physical exercise movements.
Since we only process anonymous usage and subscription data, we use it solely to:
Manage your premium subscriptions and unlock features via anonymous user IDs.
Monitor app performance, analyze anonymous usage statistics, and fix technical crashes/bugs.
Because we do not collect any personal data (such as names, emails, or videos), we cannot and do not share it with anyone. We only utilize the following trusted third-party services for the technical infrastructure of the app:
RevenueCat: To manage your weekly premium subscription transactions (via the App Store) using an anonymous user ID and to verify your billing status.
Firebase Analytics: To analyze app performance, anonymous usage statistics, and crash reports to improve the app experience.
We do not store any of your personal data on our servers.
All your completed exercise counts, daily goals, and blocked app lists are stored strictly locally on your device.
Data Deletion: The moment you uninstall the PushUpBlocker app from your device, all your exercise and restriction data is permanently and immediately deleted from your device.
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 16. Since we do not collect any personal data from our users, we inherently do not collect or store any data from children.
