Q: How do I track my daily pushups?
A: Simply open the app and enter your daily pushup count in the "My Tracker" tab. You can log each session as you complete them.
Q: How do I begin a workout?
A: Workouts are available directly from the home screen of the app. Tap on your selected difficulty level to start and gradually increase your reps.
Q: Can I create my own workouts?
A: Yes! Use the "Custom Workout Builder" to design your perfect pushup routine. You can select different difficulty levels and set the number of reps.
If the app isn’t working as expected, try the following troubleshooting steps:
Ensure you have the latest version of the app installed.
Restart your device and reopen the app.
Check that your device is running the required iOS version for the app.
