This privacy policy applies to the Pushup App Blocker: Earn Time app (hereby referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, created by Zemillion Devs (hereby referred to as "Service Provider") as a free service. This service is intended for use "AS IS".
Information Collection and Use
The Application does not collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. All data generated by your use of the Application — including blocked app selections, rep counts, streaks, and screen time history — is stored locally on your device using on-device storage only.
The Application does not gather precise information about the location of your mobile device.
Permissions & On-Device Usage
Camera: Used on-device only for rep counting via pose detection. Camera frames are processed locally on your device and are never recorded, uploaded, or transmitted off the device.
Accessibility Service: Used solely to detect when a blocked app is opened by the user. No data is collected, recorded, or transmitted from other applications.
Usage Access (PACKAGE_USAGE_STATS): Used to track daily screen time limits and display installed apps for blocking. All processing happens on-device and is never transmitted to any server.
Display Over Other Apps: Used to display the blocker overlay on top of selected apps. We do not record your screen or capture content from other applications.
Notifications: Used to show blocking status and focus mode activity.
All data processed via the above permissions stays on your device. The Service Provider does not collect or store this data on external servers.
Third Party Access
The Application does not share your data with third parties. The Service Provider does not transmit any user data to external servers or services.
The Service Provider may disclose information only in the following limited circumstances:
As required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process
When they believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect their rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request
Opt-Out Rights
You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it. You may use the standard uninstall processes available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace.
Data Retention Policy
Since the Application stores all data locally on your device, uninstalling the Application will remove all locally stored data. If you have any questions about your data, please contact the Service Provider at zaidkn934@gmail.com.
Children
The Service Provider does not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. The Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children. Parents and legal guardians are encouraged to monitor their children's internet usage and to help enforce this policy. If you have reason to believe that a child has provided personally identifiable information to the Service Provider, please contact zaidkn934@gmail.com so that the necessary actions can be taken.
Security
Since all data remains on your device and no data is transmitted to external servers, your information is protected by your device's own security mechanisms. The Service Provider does not process or maintain any personal data externally.
Changes
This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time. The Service Provider will notify you of any changes by updating this page with the new Privacy Policy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly for any changes, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.
