Email: pushpass@garoono.in Response Time: 24 to 72 hours
To help us resolve your issue as quickly as possible, please include the following details in your email:
Your device model
Your current OS version (Android/iOS)
The PushPass app version you are using
Screenshots or screen recordings of the issue (if possible)
Blocking Apps Tap "Edit Blocked Apps" on the home screen. On iOS, you will be prompted to select apps using Apple's native app picker — your selections are private and never shared with us. On Android, select apps from the list and grant Usage Access permission when prompted. Once saved, selected apps will be blocked until you complete a pushup session.
Doing Pushups to Unlock Tap "Do Pushups" on the home screen. Allow camera access when prompted — the camera is used only to count your reps on-device, nothing is recorded or uploaded. Get into pushup position with your full body visible to the front camera, propped 5–8 feet away. The app will count each complete rep automatically. Tap "Done" at any time to bank your earned unlock time.
Earned Time Not Applying If your blocked apps are still showing as blocked after completing pushups, try: (1) force-closing and reopening PushPass, (2) checking that Screen Time permission is still granted in Settings → Screen Time → PushPass (iOS) or Settings → Apps → PushPass → Usage Access (Android), (3) restarting your device. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and OS version.
Camera Not Detecting Pushups Ensure your full body is visible in the frame — head to ankles. Use the front camera in a well-lit room. The camera should be propped at floor level, 5–8 feet away, facing you horizontally. Avoid backlighting (don't face a bright window). If detection is inconsistent, try adjusting Form Strictness to "Easy" in Settings → Detection.
Restoring Premium Purchase If PushPass Pro features are not unlocked after purchase, tap Settings → Subscription → Restore Purchases. Make sure you are signed into the same Apple ID or Google account used for the original purchase. If the issue persists, email us with a screenshot of your purchase receipt.
Screen Time / Family Controls Permission (iOS) PushPass requires Screen Time permission to block apps. If you accidentally denied this, go to Settings → Screen Time → enable Screen Time if off → reopen PushPass and follow the setup flow. Note: if Screen Time is managed by a parent or organisation, PushPass may not be able to request this permission.
Usage Access Permission (Android) PushPass requires Usage Access to detect when a blocked app is opened. If you denied this during setup, go to Settings → Apps → Special App Access → Usage Access → PushPass → Allow. Then reopen PushPass.
Privacy & Camera Use PushPass processes all pushup detection entirely on your device using on-device AI. No camera frames, video, or body movement data is ever uploaded, stored, or transmitted to any server. Your blocked app list is stored locally on your device only. See our full Privacy Policy below.
Offline Use Pushup detection works fully offline — no internet connection is required to count reps or apply app blocks. Internet is only used for in-app purchases, crash reporting, and optional push notifications.
Purchase Issues If an in-app purchase fails to unlock PushPass Pro features, email our support team with a screenshot of your purchase receipt or tap "Restore Purchases" in Settings → Subscription.
