Welcome to PushPass! Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms", "Terms of Use", "EULA") carefully before using the PushPass mobile application (the "Service", "App") operated by Garoono Technologies.
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you may not access the Service.
PushPass is a mobile application that uses on-device AI camera detection to count pushup repetitions, and uses platform screen time controls to block selected apps until pushups are completed. Key capabilities include:
Counting pushup repetitions using on-device AI pose detection via the device camera
Blocking selected apps using Apple Screen Time (iOS) or Android Usage Stats (Android)
Earning unlock time by completing pushup repetitions
Tracking pushup session history, streaks, and progress
Working with all camera and pushup detection processing performed entirely on-device
The app includes both free and paid (Pro) features to serve users at different levels.
On-device pushup rep counting using AI pose detection
App blocking via Apple FamilyControls / ManagedSettings (iOS) and UsageStatsManager (Android)
Earned unlock time system (configurable seconds per pushup)
Session history, streak tracking, and progress stats
Configurable detection strictness, voice counting, and daily earning caps
Dark mode and light mode support
We offer the following purchase options within the app:
Type: Lifetime one-time purchase
Price: Varies by region (displayed in local currency within the app)
Access: Permanent access to all Pro features with no recurring charges
Duration: Monthly or yearly (auto-renewing)
Prices: Displayed within the app in local currency
Renewal: Automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Payment will be charged to your Google Play or Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Prices are displayed in your local currency and may include applicable taxes. All prices are subject to change with notice.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
iOS Users: Manage subscriptions via Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions
Android Users: Manage subscriptions via Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain Pro access until the end of the paid period. No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing cycle. One-time purchases are non-recurring and do not require cancellation.
No refunds will be provided for unused portions of a subscription term. Refund requests must be directed to the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, as all payments are processed through their platforms. We do not have direct control over refund decisions made by Apple or Google.
If you reinstall the app or change devices, you can restore your previous purchases. Use the "Restore Purchases" option available in the app settings. Purchases are tied to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Restoring purchases requires an active internet connection.
All pushup detection, rep counting, and pose analysis are performed entirely locally on your device using on-device AI (Google ML Kit Pose Detection).
Camera frames are processed in real-time in memory only. No camera frames, video, images, body movement data, or pose coordinates are saved to device storage, uploaded to any server, or transmitted to Garoono Technologies or any third party.
The camera is only active during a pushup session that you explicitly initiate within the App.
Your list of blocked apps is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to any server. We do not access the content of any app you choose to block. We cannot see your app usage history, screen time data, or the content of any app.
While the App operates safely on-device, we recommend not relying solely on PushPass to manage screen time for minors. PushPass is designed as a self-imposed productivity tool for adults and is not a parental control application. We are not liable for any data loss that may occur on your device.
By using PushPass, you agree to:
Use the Service only for lawful purposes
Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
Use the pushup detection feature only for its intended purpose of counting legitimate pushup repetitions
You must not:
Attempt to deceive or circumvent the pushup detection system (e.g., by simulating pushups without performing them)
Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or hack the app
Attempt to circumvent the app blocking system through unauthorized means
Resell, redistribute, or commercialize the Service without permission
Attempt to circumvent subscription or payment systems
Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable laws
You are entirely responsible for which apps you choose to block and for your own use of the earned unlock time system. PushPass provides tools to support self-imposed limits; adherence to those limits remains your responsibility.
The PushPass app, including all content, UI designs, pushup detection logic, and trademarks, is owned by Garoono Technologies. All rights are reserved unless explicitly granted.
You retain full ownership of all session data, progress data, and personal statistics generated through your use of the Service. You grant us permission to use aggregated, anonymized usage data (e.g., total pushups completed across all users) for service improvement.
The app may use open-source libraries and components, each subject to their respective licenses. Attributions are available within the app settings.
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. The App performs all camera processing and app blocking entirely on-device. No camera data or blocked app lists are ever transmitted externally.
We may collect:
Anonymous usage statistics (e.g., number of sessions started, aggregate pushup counts)
Device information (device type, OS version)
App performance metrics (crash logs)
Purchase and subscription status
Camera frames, video, or images from pushup sessions
Body movement data or pose landmark coordinates
Your list of blocked apps
App usage data or screen time data from blocked apps
Your precise location
Your contacts

PushPass integrates with the following third-party services:
RevenueCat: Subscription and purchase management
Firebase Analytics: Anonymous usage analytics
Firebase Crashlytics: Crash reporting
Google ML Kit: On-device pose detection (processes data locally, no data transmitted to Google)
Apple FamilyControls / ManagedSettings (iOS): App blocking enforcement
Android UsageStatsManager (Android): Foreground app detection for blocking
Google Play Services / Apple Services: Payment processing
Your use of these services through our app is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
PushPass uses Apple's FamilyControls and ManagedSettings frameworks to block apps on iOS. This requires Screen Time permission granted by you within the App. If Apple modifies, restricts, or discontinues the FamilyControls API, app blocking functionality on iOS may be affected. We are not liable for changes made by Apple to platform APIs.
The Family Controls Distribution Entitlement granted to PushPass by Apple is for adult self-use productivity purposes only. PushPass must not be used as a parental control tool to restrict another person's device without their consent.
PushPass uses Android's UsageStatsManager to detect foreground apps on Android. This requires Usage Access permission granted by you in device settings. If Google modifies this API, app blocking functionality on Android may be affected.
Pushup detection and app blocking work offline. Features requiring internet (purchase verification, analytics, notifications) depend on network availability.
We reserve the right to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the Service
Update pricing with reasonable notice
Change subscription terms for new subscribers
Improve or alter the Service at our discretion
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. Uninstalling does not automatically cancel active subscriptions — this must be done through the App Store or Play Store. Uninstalling the app will remove all locally stored session data and blocked app settings.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service for violation of these Terms, misuse or abuse of the Service, or fraudulent activity.
Upon termination, your access to Pro features will cease immediately. You will not be entitled to refunds for remaining subscription time. All locally stored data is removed when you uninstall the App.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. We disclaim all warranties, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.
We do not warrant that pushup detection will count every repetition accurately under all conditions (lighting, distance, clothing, device performance). Detection accuracy may vary.
We do not warrant that app blocking will be 100% effective under all circumstances, including OS updates, device restarts, or changes to platform APIs.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; loss of profits, data, or business opportunities; damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service; or any damages exceeding the amount you paid us in the past 12 months.
We are not liable for any personal injury, physical harm, or health issues that may arise from use of the pushup detection feature. Users are responsible for assessing their own physical fitness before performing exercise. Consult a physician before beginning any exercise program.
Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.
PushPass involves physical exercise (pushups). By using the pushup detection feature, you acknowledge that:
You are physically capable of performing pushups safely
You will stop exercising immediately if you experience pain, discomfort, or dizziness
Garoono Technologies is not responsible for any physical injury arising from use of the App
The App is not a substitute for professional fitness or medical advice
You should consult a physician before beginning any exercise program, particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garoono Technologies, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute Resolution: Any disputes should first be attempted to be resolved through direct communication with us. If resolution is not possible, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted within the app and at garoono.in/pushpass/terms. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the Service and cancel any active subscription.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Garoono Technologies regarding the use of PushPass and supersede all prior agreements.

You have read and understood these Terms of Use
You agree to be bound by these Terms
You are of legal age to enter into a binding agreement (18+ or the age of majority in your jurisdiction)
You agree to use the Service responsibly and lawfully
You understand that all camera processing and pushup detection occurs entirely on your device
You understand that PushPass is a self-imposed productivity tool and that adherence to app blocking limits is your own responsibility
You have assessed your physical fitness and accept responsibility for performing pushup exercises safely
