PushKlap is a mobile game developed and published by AMB Gaming (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
This Privacy Policy explains what information PushKlap collects, how it is used, when it may be processed by service providers, and the choices available to you.

PushKlap can be played without providing your real name, email address, phone number, or precise GPS location.
If you choose to use PushKlap’s online profile and leaderboard features, the game may collect and store the following information:
PushKlap uses an automatically generated anonymous account identifier to associate your online profile, leaderboard scores, and settings with your installation.
You do not need to provide an email address or password to create this anonymous game profile.
If you choose to participate in the online leaderboards, you may select a nickname.
Your nickname may be visible to other PushKlap players on leaderboards.
Please do not use your real name or other sensitive personal information as your nickname.
PushKlap may ask you to manually select an area and province for local and provincial leaderboard features.
PushKlap does not use GPS, background location tracking, or Android location permissions to determine your location.
The location information stored by PushKlap is the area and province that you manually choose.
Your selected area or province may be used to place you on relevant local or provincial leaderboards.
PushKlap may collect information relating to completed game runs, including:
score;
lifetime best score;
leaderboard ranking information;
run identifier;
game version;
gameplay progress;
run duration;
selected hand style; and
information necessary to validate and process leaderboard submissions.
This information is used to operate the game’s leaderboard and score-submission features.
PushKlap stores some information locally on your device, including settings and game progress information such as:
sound preferences;
vibration preferences;
selected hand style;
tutorial status;
locally cached leaderboard information; and
information needed to restore your anonymous online session.
This locally stored information is used to make the game function correctly and preserve your preferences between sessions.
Purchase and Supporter Pack information
PushKlap offers an optional one-time in-app purchase called the Supporter Pack.
Purchases are processed through Google Play Billing. PushKlap does not receive or store your full payment card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials. Those payment details are handled directly by Google Play.
To verify a Supporter Pack purchase, restore access after reinstalling the game, and maintain the associated entitlement, PushKlap may collect and process limited purchase-related information, including:
- the Google Play product identifier;
- a Google Play purchase token;
- purchase and acknowledgement status;
- purchase time;
- Google Play order information where provided;
- Supporter Pack entitlement status; and
- the anonymous PushKlap profile associated with the entitlement.
Purchase tokens and related purchase information are used for purchase verification and entitlement management and are not displayed publicly.
The Supporter Pack does not provide a gameplay advantage.
Information collected by PushKlap is used only for purposes related to operating and improving the game, including:
creating and maintaining your optional online game profile;
submitting and displaying leaderboard scores;
determining local, provincial, and South African leaderboard rankings;
remembering your selected area, province, nickname, and hand style;
preventing duplicate or invalid score submissions;
maintaining game settings and session continuity;
verifying Google Play purchases and preventing fraudulent entitlement claims;
granting and restoring Supporter Pack access; and
maintaining the purchase acknowledgement and entitlement status associated with an anonymous PushKlap profile;
providing offline caching and reconnecting to online services; and
maintaining the security and integrity of the leaderboard service.
We do not currently use player information for targeted advertising or behavioural profiling.
If you choose to create an online PushKlap profile and participate in leaderboards, certain information may be visible to other players.
This may include:
your chosen nickname;
your selected hand style;
your leaderboard score;
whether your profile displays the Supporter badge, if you own the Supporter Pack;
your leaderboard rank; and
the area or province associated with the relevant leaderboard.
Do not include information in your nickname that you do not want other players to see.
PushKlap does not request or use your device’s GPS location.
The game only uses location information that you manually select for leaderboard purposes.
For example, you may choose an area and province so PushKlap can show you rankings for:
your local area;
your province; and
South Africa nationally.
You can still play PushKlap without participating in these online leaderboard features.
5. Service providers
PushKlap uses third-party service providers where necessary to operate online features and optional purchases.
### Supabase
PushKlap uses Supabase to provide backend services including anonymous authentication, online profiles, score submissions, leaderboards, and Supporter Pack entitlement records.
Information sent to PushKlap’s online services may therefore be processed using Supabase infrastructure.
Supabase provides database, authentication, API, server-function, and logging infrastructure. Technical logs may be generated as part of operating and securing those services.
Supabase acts as a service provider supporting PushKlap’s functionality. We do not sell player information to Supabase.
### Google Play
PushKlap uses Google Play for Android app distribution and Google Play Billing for the optional Supporter Pack.
Google Play processes payments and payment credentials under Google’s own terms and privacy policies.
PushKlap may communicate with Google Play and the Google Play Developer API to verify whether a Supporter Pack purchase is valid, acknowledge the purchase, restore entitlement, and determine whether an entitlement remains valid.
PushKlap does not receive your full payment card or bank account details from Google Play.
We do not sell your personal information.
We do not currently share your personal information with advertising companies or data brokers.
Information may be processed by service providers such as Supabase where necessary to provide PushKlap’s online functionality.
Purchase-related information may be processed by Google Play and Supabase where necessary to verify, acknowledge, restore, and manage Supporter Pack entitlements. These providers act as service providers in connection with the functionality they provide.
Information may also be disclosed if required by law or where reasonably necessary to protect the security, rights, or integrity of PushKlap and its users.
The current version of PushKlap does not contain third-party advertising.
PushKlap does not currently use the Android Advertising ID for advertising or marketing purposes.
If advertising is introduced in a future version, this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data Safety disclosures will be updated before those changes are released.
PushKlap does not currently use third-party behavioural analytics or advertising analytics SDKs.
Technical information generated by infrastructure providers may still be processed as necessary to provide, secure, and maintain the online service.
9. Purchases and financial information
PushKlap offers an optional one-time Supporter Pack purchase through Google Play Billing.
Google Play handles the financial transaction. PushKlap does not collect or store your full credit card number, debit card number, bank account details, or other payment credentials.
PushKlap does process limited purchase-related information needed to verify and manage the Supporter Pack entitlement, such as the product identifier, purchase token, purchase status, acknowledgement status, purchase time, and Google Play order information where provided.
This information is used only to provide the purchased feature, verify ownership, restore purchases, maintain entitlement status, prevent fraudulent purchase claims, and comply with applicable legal or security requirements.
If Google Play reports that a purchase has been refunded, cancelled, revoked, or is otherwise no longer valid, the associated Supporter Pack entitlement may also be removed.
PushKlap does not use purchase information for advertising or behavioural profiling.
PushKlap is a general-audience arcade game and is not specifically designed or directed toward young children.
Users should not enter sensitive personal information into their PushKlap nickname.
If we become aware that personal information has been provided inappropriately, you may contact us to request its removal.
We take reasonable measures to protect information used by PushKlap.
Online communication with PushKlap’s backend services is transmitted using secure HTTPS connections.
Access to online profile and leaderboard data is controlled through authentication and database access rules.
No method of electronic transmission or storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Online profile and leaderboard information may be retained for as long as it is needed to operate PushKlap’s online features, maintain leaderboard integrity, prevent duplicate submissions, or comply with legal obligations.
Where you request deletion of your PushKlap profile, we will delete or anonymise associated personal data where reasonably possible, except where information must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or integrity purposes.
Local information stored on your device may remain until the app data is cleared or PushKlap is uninstalled.
Purchase-verification and entitlement records may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide or restore purchased features, maintain transaction and entitlement integrity, prevent fraud, handle refunds or revocations, resolve disputes, or comply with legal obligations.
You may choose not to set up an online leaderboard profile.
You can play PushKlap without providing precise location information.
You may also choose whether to provide a nickname and manually selected leaderboard area when using online leaderboard features.
You can change certain profile and game settings within PushKlap.
Purchasing the Supporter Pack is optional. You can use PushKlap and play the game without purchasing the Supporter Pack.
You may request access to or deletion of information associated with your PushKlap online profile by contacting:

Please provide enough information for us to identify the relevant PushKlap profile without sending unnecessary sensitive personal information.
We may need to ask for reasonable verification before processing a request.
PushKlap uses anonymous online profiles rather than traditional username-and-password accounts.
If you wish to have your PushKlap online profile and associated data deleted, contact:

We will process valid deletion requests as reasonably soon as possible.
Because PushKlap uses online infrastructure providers, information may be processed or stored in countries other than the country in which you live.
Where required, appropriate safeguards will be used for the processing of personal information.
We may update this Privacy Policy if PushKlap’s features, service providers, data practices, or legal obligations change.
When the policy is updated, the “Last updated” date at the top of this page will also be updated.
Material changes to the way PushKlap handles user information will be reflected in the app and/or Google Play disclosures where appropriate.
