About Pushkar

I’m a Senior Product Designer with 8+ years of experience working on complex, systems-driven products. A lot of my work has focused on leading ambiguous, cross-team initiatives defining the patterns and foundations that multiple teams rely on, not just shipping isolated features.

I’ve built and evolved design systems, partnered closely with product and engineering to deliver accessible, production-ready UI, and worked in data-rich environments where clarity and edge cases really matter.

For the last few years, I’ve been designing AI-enabled workflows -copilots and assisted decision systems, with a strong emphasis on transparency, trust, and human oversight, especially in high stakes contexts.

Alongside my product design work, I’ve teach at SFU and mentor designers, which has sharpened how I articulate systems thinking and raise the quality bar across teams. I teach workshops on designing AI Augmented features and complex workflows for clients.

I’m motivated by platform-level impact, shaping reusable AI capabilities that elevate an entire product suite.
