We kindly ask you and/or your guests to take out the trash, run the first load of towels, strip used bedding you would like us to launder, and wash dirty dishes before we arrive. Don't worry, we'll put everything away for you! If you would like to use an outside entity to deliver supplies, please confirm with management first, then set the delivery for an hour after the scheduled beginning of your cleaning.

We prioritize our clients' unique needs. Service fees are customized on a case-by-case basis to enhance convenience and comfort for families and guests.

Payment

Payment is acceptable ONLY through online processing via email invoicing. If you choose the ACH method, your invoice will be processed automatically

following the completion of your service.

We are not responsible for property management including but not limited to maintenance and/or repairs regarding personal property, appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or HVAC. We are not responsible for moving large and/or heavy furniture and/or appliances. We are not responsible for the storage and/or return of items left by guests. We are not responsible for damaged or missing items in unaffiliated supply deliveries.
