Procedures and Policies

• Lessons must be paid for by the first scheduled lesson of the month. 

  • • Failure to pay by the first lesson will result in a $20.00 late fee. 

    • Failure to pay by second scheduled lesson will result in termination of the lesson package. Student will not continue lesson until full payment is received. 

• All riders are provided a specific time slot. It is their responsibility to be on time and prepared.  It is recommended that the rider is 10-15 minutes early to groom and tack horse BEFORE their lesson. 

• 24 hour notice is required for all cancellations due to non medical/ non emergency reasons. Canceling within 24 hours of the lesson time slot will result in charges for the full lesson price

• "No shows" will be billed for the full lesson price

• Riders are expected to provide their own helmet. Helmet must be ASTM/ SEI certified and fitted correctly. It is recommended youth riders purchase adjustable helmets.

• Riders must wear long pants and boots with a small heel. Jeans are recommended. Open toed shoes are NEVER be worn inside the barn (including Crocs)! Riders who attend with improper or unsafe attire will not be allowed near the horses and charge full price for their lesson. It is recommended riders purchase brown or black squared toed (bull toed) boots if interested in showing.
