Mental Well-being Week 2022 (T1W9)
Mental Well-being Week 2022 (T1W9)
In conjunction with Mental Well-being Week 2022, Ms Aisyah, Assistant Year Head, led a series of training sessions for the Peer Support Leaders (PSLs) nominated by Form Teachers of all levels. PSLs were prepared to lead their class CCE lessons, and were trained by Counsellor, Mr Justin, with strategies on how to identify classmates in DISTRESS, and how to CHEER them on.
The theme of Mental Well-being Week this year is ‘Self-care & Self-love’ and it is to raise awareness of the need for youths to take a break and de-stress when needed as we advocate the importance of taking care of our students’ mental well-being during these trying times.
