We at Team Pure't have created this privacy policy to explain how the information you provide to us is used and shared. This Privacy Policy relates to the information collection and usage practices of our application, and what control you, the user, has over your data.

Pure't is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. You can rest assured that we only store the minimal data that is required for us to provide you with our services, and all data is processed in accordance with this privacy policy and relevant data collection laws.

What data do we collect and why? 

In this section, we aim to cover all the data that is stored by us pertaining to you, the user, along with why its collected.

A - Information You Provide to Us

When signing up for our application as a new user, we ask you to provide some personal information about yourself. This includes: your name, phone number, house address. This information is provided by the user voluntarily and is absolutely necessary for us to provide our services

We do not collect any personal information from you when you use our app unless you provide us with the personal information voluntarily .

This information is used for the following purposes:

• To uniquely identify you as a customer, enabling us to provide you with our delivery services.

• To allow us to contact you regarding your orders, your due payment, and any other delivery-related issues.

• To reliably deliver our products at your doorstep.

• So we can assign and process special discounts that pertain to the user.

B - Information that We Record.

Aside from your personal information, we track and record some additional data that is necessary for bookkeeping. This data is stored for the convenience of the user as well as the business, as one of the purposes of the app is to provide you an interface to manage your record with us. This data includes:

• A complete history of the products you have ordered from us.

• A record of your payments, paid as well as those that are due.

We use this information for the following purposes:

• To keep track of our inventory.

• To provide you with a history of your interactions with us.

• To keep track of any overdue payments from the users.

C - Information Collected by Third-Party SDKs.

To analyze our app performance, we use some third-party SDKs that collect anonymized, data regarding how users are using our app. These SDKs include:

Firebase Services

• Firebase Authentication: Used for user login and identity management. It may collect information required to authenticate the user.

• Firebase Cloud Messaging: May store device-specific tokens to send you notifications from our end.

Google Play Services

• Play Integrity API: Used to verify the integrity of the app and device. It may collect signals from your device to determine authenticity.

These services are governed by Google's Privacy Policy.

Note that not all data collection and usage specified in the third-party policies may apply to our app.

As the user of our app, you have certain rights over your personal data that we have collected. Here we cover the rights you are entitled to, and how you can proceed with them.

1 - Right to Access

You have the right to request us for copies of your personal data.

2 - Right to Erasure

You have the right to request us to erase, remove or delete your personal data, under certain conditions.

You may initiate the account deletion from within the app, or you may send us at a request at our designated email or contact us through any of our channels.

2 - Right to Rectification

You have the right to request us to correct any information you believe is inaccurate and completion of any information you find to be incomplete. 

You have the liberty to modify your personal information anytime from within the application, or you may send us a request at our designated email or contact us through any of our contact channels to process a copy of your data. 

Note: While we allow users to delete their account and data, we may retain order history or transaction data where required by legitimate business purposes, such as fraud prevention or financial recordkeeping
