The Service Provider is authorized to disclose manually submitted user data and automatically captured device information under the following circumstances:

You can terminate all subsequent data collection from your mobile device by uninstalling this App. Uninstallation will stop the App from gathering new device data, yet it cannot automatically erase personal information that has already been sent to the Service Provider or authorized third-party partners.

This App is not designed for users under the age of 16, or the higher minimum age threshold specified by local applicable laws. The Service Provider never actively collects personal data from minors or delivers targeted advertising to underage users.
In jurisdictions where parental or legal guardian authorization is legally mandatory for minor users, the App may not be used without such approval.
