Deleting your Puregold Mobile account is a straightforward process. Here's a step-by-step guide to help you through it:

Deleting Your Puregold Mobile Account

1. Open the App: Launch the Puregold Mobile application on your device.

2. Go to Account: Navigate to the Account section within the app.

3. Access Personal Information: Tap on Personal Information.

4. Request Deletion: Scroll all the way down to the bottom of the page and tap on Request Delete Profile.

5. Confirm and Log Out: After you tap to request deletion, the app will automatically log you out of your account.

Important Reminder

Before you begin this process, it is crucial to make sure all your transactions and P-Wallet accounts have a zero balance. This will help you avoid any potential issues during the account deletion process.
