DELIVERY TIME
We will try to deliver within your required time; however actual delivery time cannot be guaranteed due to unforeseen circumstances such as traffic congestion or weather condition.
· For order received before 3pm, the delivery can be done on the same day.
· For order quantities more than 5, partial delivery can be done on the same day, balance orders will be delivered next day.
· For order received during peak season (such as Valentines’ Day, Mother’s Day), same day delivery may not be available.
DELIVERY AREA & CHARGES
We deliver fresh flowers within Perak area and ship artificial flower nationwide.
Delivery & shipping fees will be charged based on delivery location and distance from our shop.
Estimated delivery & shipping fees will be quoted before delivery.
FLOWER SUBSTITUTION POLICY
All flowers & decorative items are subject to availability. Certain wrapping papers, baskets and other items may not be available due to supply difficulties; we will substitute with alternative item of similar styles.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of flowers, we are unable to accept refund and returns. We will offer replacement within 24 hours if the flowers delivered in unacceptable condition.
CANCELLATION POLICY
For paid order:
· Cancellation made at least 7 days before delivery date eligible for 100% refund.
· Cancellation made 3 days before the delivery date eligible for 50% refund.
· Cancellation request less than 3 days are not eligible for refund.
For order with credit term:
· No charges for cancellation made at least 7 days before delivery date.
· 50% charges for cancellation made 3 days before the delivery date.
· Full charges for cancellation request less than 3 days before the delivery date.
