Welcome to my project showcase gallery, where you can see exactly how I turn concepts and digital files into high-quality physical products. The images below display the different types of artifacts I create, giving you a clear look at my manufacturing process from start to finish.
For functional work and prototyping, I use FDM printing to take your raw ideas, sketches or existing components and transform them into precise CAD designs and digital models. From there, I print physical prototypes so we can test the fit, form, and mechanical performance before moving to final production pieces or batch runs. For the SLA resin prints shown in the gallery, I work directly from pre-found files and high-detail models to deliver crisp, intricate figures and miniatures. Because raw resin prints naturally have minor support blemishes, I carefully prepare them so the raw artifacts are clean and ready for your own final sanding, priming, and finishing.
Throughout this gallery, you will see the tangible results of both methods, from mechanical engineering prototypes to highly detailed display pieces. No matter what stage your project is at, I tailor my communication to your specific level of understanding to keep the process completely stress-free. I will keep you updated every step of the way, from your first enquiry right through to final delivery. I am proud to have many returning customers and receive very good feedback, with most of my custom coming through word of mouth. It is an absolute honour that people choose me to help them bring their exciting projects to life.
