Registration Fee

It will cost $100 to register each team you bring. Information on how to send payment will be emailed to the coach after their team(s) is/are registered. Please allow us 48 hours to send confirmation of your registration.

Registration Timeline

Registration will close on December 1, 2025 at 5pm ET. We will provide a list of participating teams by January 10, 2026.

Waitlist

• If the cap of 30 teams in a division is reached before registration closes, a waitlist will be formed. 

• If a coach fills out the registration form and the division they have registered for is full, we will notify the coach that they have been placed on the waitlist within 48 hours of registering.

• If a spot opens up, we will notify the coach that a spot is available and they have up to 72 hours to accept the spot before we offer it to the next team on the waitlist. 

• We will fill openings with teams on the waitlist up to January 9, 2026.
