PurchaseMinder helps you keep track of warranty and return deadlines and proof of purchase. Start with the topic closest to your issue.
Check notification permission, the notification settings for the item, and the time remaining. If the 30-day or 7-day notification date has already passed, that notification will not be sent.
In the Settings tab, try “Restore Purchases.” Also make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase.
Create a backup on your old device, then restore it on your new device to transfer your data, attached images, and notification settings.
All data is stored only on your device. It is not automatically sent to the developer’s servers or to the cloud. No account registration is required.

In the Settings tab, select “Create Backup” to export all your data and attached images into a single file.
Install PurchaseMinder on the new device, select “Restore from Backup,” and choose the backup file. Attached images will also be restored, and deadline notifications will be scheduled again automatically.
Important: Restoring a backup deletes any existing data on that device.
Please check the following in order:
Notification permission — Open the device’s Settings app, select PurchaseMinder, then make sure Notifications are allowed.
Notification settings for the item — On the item details screen, check that the 30-day, 7-day, and 1-day options are enabled under Notification Settings.
Time remaining — For example, if only five days remain before the warranty expires, the 30-day and 7-day notification dates have already passed, so those notifications will not be sent.
You can still register, search, and share items even if notifications are not allowed.
In the Settings tab, try “Restore Purchases.” This may be required after reinstalling the app or moving to a new device.
Also make sure you are signed in with the same Apple ID used for the purchase. Purchase history cannot be found under a different account.

With Pro, you can register unlimited records, attach up to 5 images to each record, read information from screenshots, and use subscription cancellation guidance.
Records you already created remain available to view and edit even without Pro.
Open the device’s Settings app, select PurchaseMinder, then make sure photo access is allowed.
On the free version, you can attach 1 image to each record.
Screenshot reading is processed on your device. Images and extracted text are not sent anywhere else. Because processing stays on-device, results can vary depending on the image.
If the result is not accurate, try the following:
Select the correct screen type: an App Store subscription screen, Google Play subscription screen, service billing screen, receipt, or order history
Use an image with clear, readable text
If the image cannot be read, continue with “Enter Manually”
The extracted information is shown only as a suggestion. It is never saved automatically without your review.
Subscription cancellation guidance is a Pro feature and becomes available after purchase.
All data stored on the device, including registered information and attached images, will be deleted. We recommend creating a backup before deleting the app.
You can delete individual items from their details screens. To delete everything, remove the app from your device.
