Thank you for choosing Halefits. These Purchaser Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your subscription and use of premium features available in the app. By completing your purchase, you agree to these Terms and any policies referenced herein.

1. Subscriptions

• Subscription Plan: To access the app you need to sign up for our subscription which is mandatory to use the application. It can be either monthly or yearly basis or it might renew every few months. This might vary per application (Data provided in the subscription page of the app)
  Note: You might me eligible for a free trial and if you subscribe to the free trial you will be charged after the free trial ends

• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled. The renewal charges will be applied to your Google Play account 24 hours before the current period ends.

2. Cancellation Policy

• Cancel Anytime: You can cancel your subscription at any time via the Subscription option in the settings of the app or Google Play Store subscription settings. To avoid charges for the next billing period, cancellation must be completed at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

• Access Post-Cancellation: After cancellation, you will retain access to premium features until the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be issued for unused portions of the subscription term.

3. Refund Policy

All purchases are non-refundable, except where required by law or as outlined in Google Play's refund policies. For refund requests, please visit the Google Play Help Center.

4. Changes to Pricing or Terms

Halefits reserves the right to modify subscription prices or these Terms. Changes will be communicated through the app or via email, and new prices will apply only after your current subscription period ends.

5. Account and Billing

• Ensure your Google Play account details are up to date to avoid interruptions in service.

• Charges will appear on your Google Play account as "Subscription by Halefits."

6. Limitation of Liability

Halefits is not liable for any interruptions, inaccuracies, or technical issues arising from third-party services, including Google Play. The app is provided "as is," and Halefits disclaims any guarantees of uninterrupted access.
