Shoktikonna(Power Women: Women in STEM) Leadership Training Program by World Bank 

Three Months

• First-ever leadership cohort in the renewable energy sector for young women engineers of Bangladesh - "Shoktikonna" (Power Women). 

• The goal of the program is to develop capable women who will lead an inclusive green energy transition in the country. 

• One of the 35 Shoktikonnas and an Alumni of the Shoktikonna Leadership Cohort! Completed three months leadership training & graduated successfully! 

• Organized by World Bank Bangladesh with Devtale Partners, World Bank’s South Asian Women in Power Sector Professional Network (WePOWER), GIZ Bangladesh.
