The PUP Taguig branch research thrusts and priorities are anchored on the research agenda set by the Higher Education Research Agenda (NHERA 2), the DOST, and articulated in the vision of the University to be an epistemic community embedded with a culture of research and on the emerging needs and changes of the local community and partner industries.
It is them of this Branch to work collaboratively on researches on the following areas:
(1) Engineering and Mathematics;
(2) Information and Communication Technology;
(3) Education and Teacher Training;
(4) Social Sciences;
(5) Campus sustainability and development; and
(6) Community and extension programs
To integrate research in all academic pursuit strived to improve its curricular offerings, human infrastructure, and community and extension programs through collaborative and participatory research undertakings on the identified priority areas.
