You may not use such marks without the prior written permission of the Owner. All other names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans on the application are the trademarks of their respective owners.
The application may contain content, features, or functionality provided by third parties. Such content remains the property of its respective owners and is protected by their own copyright and intellectual property laws. The Owner does not claim ownership of third-party content and respects the intellectual property rights of others.
If the application allows you to create, upload, or share content, you retain ownership of such content. However, by submitting content, you grant the Owner a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute such content for the purpose of operating and promoting the application.
