The delivery of quality instruction for Science, Technology and Mathematics significantly relies on the quality of faculty members who are at the forefront of instruction, research and community service. Likewise, the quality of education depends largely on the qualifications, competencies and
professionalism of the faculty members. The Faculty Development Program promotes the professional development needs of faculty members serving in the fields of Biological Sciences, Physical Sciences, Nutrition and Dietetics, Food Technology, and, Mathematics and Statistics. It also boosts the personal gains for values formation, social awareness and corporate and civil responsibility. Ultimately, it will give sustenance to a collegial community of lifelong learners capable of addressing present and future challenges.
