This Privacy Policy explains what the mobile game "Save The Pig Draw Lines" (the "game") does and does not do with information. The game is published by Creative Pupa ("we", "us", "our") on Google Play and on the Apple App Store.
No account, no sign-in. The game never asks for your name, e-mail address, phone number, address, photos, contacts, microphone, camera or location.
Your progress (levels, stars, coins, settings) stays on your device.
No tracking. The game does not follow you across other apps or websites, does not show personalised (interest-based) ads and does not use the advertising ID.
The game collects a few anonymous facts about how it is played (for example "level 12 was won with 3 stars") and crash reports, so that we can fix mistakes. They do not say who is playing.
The game shows ads from ad partners, with children's (child-directed) settings switched on for every player.
We do not sell your information.
Game progress, coins, stars, unlocked levels and scenes, your settings (sound, music, language, vibration, reminders) and the fact that a purchase was made are saved on your device. We do not receive them. If you have switched on your phone's own backup (for example Google backup or iCloud), your phone may include this saved data in that backup; this is controlled by you and by your phone's maker.
We use Firebase Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics (services of Google LLC) to find levels that are too hard or too easy and to fix crashes. They may receive:
a small, fixed set of anonymous game events: a level was started, won (with how many stars) or lost (and why), a hint or a reward video was used, a reward was collected;
technical details: device model, operating system version, language, app version, an approximate region, a random installation ID that Firebase creates for this installation (it is not the advertising ID and cannot be used to find out who you are) and, when the game crashes or hits an error, the technical details of the crash or a short technical error message from the game's own code.
The advertising features of these tools are switched off (no advertising ID, no ad personalisation, no ad storage). We do not link this information to your name or to any account, because the game has none. More information: https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
The game is free to play and is supported by ads. Some ads are optional "watch a video to get a reward" ads; they start only when the player chooses to watch.
We use Unity LevelPlay (ironSource) to deliver ads. LevelPlay connects the game to ad networks such as ironSource Ads, Unity Ads, Liftoff (Vungle), Chartboost, InMobi and DT Exchange. We may add or change ad partners in future versions and will then update this page.
Child-directed settings are switched on for every player: ads are not personalised, the ad partners are told that the player may be a child, and the game does not read or pass on the advertising ID.
To deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, our ad partners automatically receive limited technical information: device type and operating system version, app name and version, language, the internet address (IP address, from which they derive an approximate location), connection type, technical identifiers that their own software creates for ad delivery and fraud prevention, and whether an ad was requested, shown, clicked or completed. We do not pass on your name, e-mail address or precise location, and the game does not have access to them.
The ad partners are independent companies and their own privacy policies apply to the information they handle. Example, Unity: https://unity.com/legal/privacy-policy
The game offers optional in-app purchases (coin packs and "Remove ads"). Payments are handled entirely by Google Play or the Apple App Store; we never see your card or payment details. We only receive the confirmation that a purchase was made, which is used to unlock what was bought and to restore it when asked. A "grown-up check" is shown before a purchase.
Daily reminders are optional and have to be switched on in the game and in the phone's settings. They are created on the device itself; no information is sent to us or to anyone else. They can be switched off at any time.
The game uses internet access and network state (for ads and statistics), vibration (haptic feedback, which can be switched off in the game's settings), the in-app purchase service of Google Play or the App Store, and, only if you switch reminders on, permission to show notifications (and, on Android, to restore the reminders after the phone restarts). It does not ask for access to your location, contacts, photos, camera, microphone or files.
Save The Pig Draw Lines is a family-friendly puzzle game that people of all ages can play, including children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. To protect younger players we apply our strictest settings to everyone: no accounts, no personalised ads, no use of the advertising ID and a grown-up check before purchases. If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a child has sent us personal information (for example by e-mail), write to us (see Contact) and we will delete it.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it to build advertising profiles. Information is processed only by the service providers described above (Google/Firebase and the ad partners). Because the game has no accounts and we hold no names or e-mail addresses (unless you write to us), we cannot identify you from the information the game sends. Crash reports are normally kept by Firebase for up to 90 days; analytics and ad data are kept by the providers for the periods stated in their own policies. Uninstalling the game deletes everything that is stored on your device.
Depending on where you live (for example the EU/EEA, the United Kingdom or California) you may have the right to ask what information we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, or to object to its use. Write to us (see Contact) and we will answer within a reasonable time. As explained above, we normally hold no information that identifies you.
Our service providers may process information in countries other than yours, including the United States. The software development kits used in the game send information over encrypted connections (HTTPS).
If this policy changes, the new version will be published at this address with a new date.
