Praise and Distinction are accorded to the Polytechnic University of the Philippines- Maragondon Branch, the most acclaimed polytechnic learning institution in Cavite. Its existence symbolizes hope especially to the marginalized sector of the society. Since its establishment in 1987, it has offered quality education to the young Caviteños at an affordable cost. With such blessing, more and more hopefuls dream to be called " Iskolars Ng Bayan". PUP-MB then became the cradle of polytechnic courses that help shape and mold the intellectual, social and economic phases of Cavite.

Through the years, the university has produced rosters of graduates equipped not only with academic and technical orientations but more importantly work values and ethics that strengthen the moral facet of the work force. Hence, the PUPians in Maragondon have become the most sought after workers in the academe, industries and businesses. Undoubtedly, human resources gifted with wisdom, skills talent and character serve as the greatest contribution of PUP-MB to the growth and progress of the province and the country as well.

With the continuous journey of PUP-MB, I together with the Heads of Offices, Faculty and Staff commit ourselves to envision an institution that can always welcome innovations and breakthroughs to meet the demands of the ever-changing times and can expand its synergies with the domestic and global market through the production of highly caliber graduates who are strongly competitive in the work arena.

Moving forward, PUP-MB will continue to soar higher keeping its flame burning with dedication and commitment towards a more responsive, progressive and industrialized province
