Bachelor of elementary Education

The Bachelor of Elementary Education is a four-year program that focuses on preparing excellent educators for reflective classroom practice in elementary schools. This program prepares students in the areas of literacy, mathematics, social studies, and science to create classroom environments that stimulate young students' curiosity and engage their intellects in ways that directly foster high schievement. The principles of diversity, democracy, authenticity, academic rigor and accountability are integrated into both the professional foundation and elementary education pedagogy courses.

Education has been our lifelong bridge to many diverse opportunities. An opportunity to travel and experience other cultures, an opportunity to have a better living, but most of all, an opportunity to make a difference in the lives of the students.

Department of Elementary and Secondary Education aims to promote this advocacy through relevant and research-based instruction, community extension, and research engagement. Simultaneously, we aim to become globally competitive to prepare our students in the actual field of teaching.

In response to this, College of Education is giving platforms for our students and teachers to become more digitally and academically prepared as we embrace the new normal. Submitting ourselves to accreditation of programs is one way to assure the public that we are continuously giving quality education to enhance the skills and competencies of our students.

We might be facing life challenges brought by pandemic, but (T)ogether, (E)veryone (A)chieves (M)ore.
