The EHS learning system includes grades 7–10; each grade has two sections, with approximately 45 students in each. Each grade level has a unique section: Piety and Responsibility in grade 7, Honesty and Simplicity in grade 8, Justice and Dignity in grade 9, and Patriotism and Respect in grade 10. The EHS uses a hybrid mode of delivery, combining the enriched virtual mode (EVM) at 70% and the limited face-to-face mode (LF2F) at 30%.

Weeks 1, 2, 4, 5, 7, and 9 will be onsite for each grading period, while weeks 3 and 6 will be online. Major examinations will take place on-site. EHS's learning continuity plan uses a competency-based model based on the broader concept of outcomes-based education (OBE), which begins with desired outcomes and progresses to the learning experiences that should lead students to those outcomes. EHS uses a learning-centered curriculum design that takes into consideration each individual's needs, interests, and goals.
