[BOOKING POLICY]

50% DOWNPAYMENT within 12 hours is required to confirm your reservation. (Non-refundable)

    • via GCash

    • via Bank Transfer (BDO)

*Failure to comply gives the reservation team the option to open its availability. For any concerns/payment deadline extension, contact us via FB Messenger/email.

Online Booking (Overnight) - After clicking 'BOOK' sa booking page, automatically may matatanggap po kayong e-mail containing the GCash/BDO account details.

Please settle your remaining balance upon arrival (GCash/BDO/Cash).

[CANCELLATION POLICY]

• Reservation fee is non-refundable.

• You may reschedule or make changes to your booking if you inform us at least six (6) days prior to your arrival date.
  When you reschedule a booking, we will follow the room rates corresponding to your new/future dates.

We do not issue refunds. Instead, you may ask to RESCHEDULE up to 24hrs prior to your arrival IF this is due to inclement weather conditions/typhoon.

• You may rebook up to 2x and use your existing downpayment, subject to rate difference. This is transferrable, with no rebooking fee.

• We are not liable for other inconveniences caused by a tropical storm/typhoon, which are beyond the control of the resort (e.g., early evacuation/check-out due to risk of flood in the province).

If your stay was shortened due to bad weather & you'd like to visit again - PM us for discounts! :)

• No Corkage Fees - You may bring any food & drinks.

• No restaurant at the resort, we do not offer meals/breakfast.

• Food Options nearby:

  • 7-Eleven, Andok's, etc. 5 mins away

  • Sari-sari store - paglabas lang po ng resort

  • Small restos offer food delivery - PM us for their menus

  • Nearest palengke area is located here

  *Makakabili po kayo ng ice sa 7-Eleven/sari-sari store

• Pwede pong magdala ng rice cooker, kettle, small butane stove, etc.

Punto Miguel Beach House, Brgy. Laiya-Aplaya, San Juan, Batangas

[PRIVATE VEHICLE, via SLEX] 

1. Take South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) and enter Star Tollway.

2. Take Ibaan Exit and continue to San Juan. 

3. At San Juan town proper, turn right at the intersection with "Laiya" and "San Juan" signs.

4. For about 20km, continue straight until you reach the Municipal Tourism Reception Area to pay ecotourism fees.
   *P50/head | Drive-thru/checkpoint area, on the way to resort

5. Continue straight through San Juan-Laiya Rd until you reach 7-Eleven. 

6. Turn right & follow signs to Punto Miguel Beach House. 

7. In front of Sigayan Resort entrance, turn right & continue straight along the small road. Our gate is on the left side.
   
   

[COMMUTE DIRECTIONS]

via San Juan, Batangas

1. BUS: Manila to San Juan, Batangas

• Mula Maynila, sumakay ng bus papuntang San Juan, Batangas. We recommend ALPS bus company.

2.  San Juan to Laiya/Punto Miguel

• via TRICYCLE:

2. 1. Mula sa bayan ng San Juan, sumakay ng tricycle papuntang Laiya.  

• Standard: Php50/head

• Special Trip/Private: Php350-400 (Pwedeng magpababa mismo sa resort)

2. 2. From 7-Eleven (Brgy. Laiya Aplaya), you may walk (~5min) or take a tricycle to the resort.

• or via JEEP:

1. Sa harap ng San Juan Municipal Hall, sumakay ng jeep na pa-Laiya o Hugom (Php50/head).

2. Bumaba sa may 7-Eleven, tapat ito ng green signages ng mga resort.

3. From 7-Eleven (Brgy. Laiya Aplaya), you may walk (~5min) or take a tricycle to the resort.

via Lipa, Batangas

• From SM Lipa area you may take a van or jeepney to San Juan. Sundin niyo lang po ang directions sa taas, para sa biyahe mula San Juan papuntang Laiya/resort.

*We recommend checking with the bus company directly for the most up-to-date information before your commute.

• ALPS Terminals:  LRT Buendia, EDSA Cubao Terminal, PITX, BGC Market Market, Ayala Malls Manila Bay

• Standard check-in time is 2:00PM for Overnight Guests.

• Should you arrive early, we charge a discounted entrance fee of Php150/head which allows you to stay in our outdoor Daytrip Area and use our facilities.

  • This is not available during long weekends - puno pa po ang parking area & daytour area namin sa umaga. Hindi po namin kayo maa-accommodate dahil 12NN pa po ang check-out ng previous guests.

• Early arrivals or extensions may be requested (*subject to availability). Php500/hour for room use (early check-in/late check-out).

Available po ito sa Laiya - hindi po kami mismo ang operator. We will refer you to them :)

• Banana Boat - Php300/head

• Boating/Snorkeling - Php300/head (min of 10pax)

• Flying Fish - Php400/head

• Jetski - Php4,500/hr, Php2,500/30mins

• Kayak - Php500/hr

Rates may change without prior notice.

• Bawal na po ang mga karaoke devices.

• Allowed po magdala ng mini speakers para sa music. Please use them at moderate volumes as courtesy to your neighbors.

• Please refrain from playing loud music that may disturb other guests. 

• Sound systems may only be used until 10:00 pm.

We allow pets, with no extra fees.

• Pets should have complete vaccinations.

• Owners must be responsible for their pets, please have them wear a leash.

• Please bring a crate and/or diapers for your pet.

• For overnight stay, max of 2 pets per room is allowed.

• Wala po kaming free Wi-Fi sa resort. Our guests who work online usually bring their own portable wifi devices.

• Cellular signal is reliable for all networks, mobile data/LTE can be used.

• Yes, we accept walk-ins if you are in the area. We will accommodate you basta may bakante pa kaming slots.

• We also accept-last minute bookings.

• Heads up: Pagdating sa San Juan Tourism Reception Area, they will look for your Booking Confirmation. To avoid inconveniences and to guarantee your slots, it's best to book ahead. 

• For Daytour Stay on weekends/holidays, please book ahead to guarantee your slots. Limited lang po ang slots namin for daytour.

• For safety reasons,  bonfire & night swimming are prohibited in Laiya (as per barangay rules).

• Beach swimming is allowed from 5:30am-6:00pm (sunset) only.

• (As of March 18, 2025) Yes, on weekdays only. Bring your own tent. 

• Please PM us on Facebook for the Entrance Fees & Tent Pitching Fees.

• We do not have a swimming pool po. Pero dahil mababa ang tubig sa harap namin, this is safe for kids. 

• May oras po na low tide ang beach - for more accurate info, you may Google tide charts in Laiya.

• Sorry, our rooms are designated for overnight guests only. Nagco-coincide rin po kasi ang schedule ng daytour stay (8am-5pm) sa overnight (2pm-12nn | 22hrs).

• If daytour guest po kayo and we have vacant rooms pagdating ninyo sa resort, you may rent them out for a discounted price. Just approach our staff to inquire.

• If kailangan niyo po talaga ng AC room, please PM us on Facebook with your Target Date & we'll see what we can do. :)
