My observation at Adamson has been an incredible learning experience. I have gained so much from watching my cooperating teacher, Mrs. Cadiao, and the way she conducts her classes. She delivered the material clearly, making lessons easy to understand for students. Her patience in tutoring me has been truly inspiring—she always takes the time to guide me and ensures I get enough practice to develop my teaching skills.
At first, I observed all 7th-grade classes throughout the day, which allowed me to see different teaching dynamics and classroom interactions. The following week, Mrs. Cadiao gradually let me take charge by teaching four classes a day, helping me build confidence and refine my approach. Before my final demonstration, she allowed me to practice in two classes, which was extremely beneficial. The structured practice sessions made a huge difference in my ability to teach effectively.
This experience has truly shaped my growth as an educator. I am grateful for the opportunity to learn from such a dedicated mentor, and I now feel more prepared and confident in my teaching abilities.
