The more you do the more challenges that will be available to you. In order to qualify for a level two badge you must first pass the level one badge.
The Parlak is a simple creature. They enjoy getting mathy and are partially related to the decimals. You can find a special uncommon Parlak badge but be aware... it is a challenge.
