Pumpkin Patch Photographer Policy

Cypress Methodist Church Pumpkin Patch provides a fun, colorful seasonal backdrop for professional, amateur and smartphone photographers alike. We want you to take all the fun snapshots of family and friends that you want - no fee.  All are welcome however, we do require a site free for professional photo-shoots or anything for monetary gain.

As a private business and personal property, any and all photographers and their clients must understand and adhere to the following polices and rules. These policies and rules have been established to allow an enjoyable experience for all our guests.

·  Photographers must register with the Pumpkin Patch by filling out the form (link below) prior to scheduling photo sessions. Once completed you will receive a confirmation email.

·  Photography session fee is $80 for a two-hour block. Group limit is 12 people. Payment can be made prior to each session at the Pumpkin Patch check out stand. 

(Cash, Credit Card, Apple / Google Pay)

·  All photographers must check-in and pick up your lanyard prior to your 2-hour block and return your lanyard to the check out stand at the end of each visit. The lanyard must be worn and clearly displayed by the photographer.

·  Areas are not reserved and photographers cannot take priority over other visitor activities. It is important you set the appropriate expectation for your clients and realize there may be customers/guests in your shot – especially during popular days and times.

·   Photography sessions are only allowed during our regular business hours.

·   No studio equipment set ups.

·   No climbing on pumpkins or any structures. Please do not move or alter any scenes.

·   No drone photography is permitted.

·   Appropriate clothing must be worn at all times.

·   Any and all trash created by you must be removed from the property.

Cypress Methodist Church assumes no responsibility for loss, theft or damage to equipment. All policies are strictly enforced and we reserve the right to remove anyone from the property as deemed necessary.
