To provide our core fitness tracking and coaching features, we collect:
Body Metrics: Height, weight.
Fitness Profile: Fitness goals (e.g., gain muscle, lose weight), fitness level (beginner, intermediate, advanced), injuries, and available equipment.
Workout Data: Workout logs, exercises performed, sets, reps, weight used, RPE (Rate of Perceived Exertion), and workout duration.
We automatically collect certain information about your device and how you interact with the App:
Device Information: IP address, device model, operating system, and unique device identifiers.
Usage Logs: App launch times, features used, and interaction patterns.
Voice Interactions: When you use the AI Coach feature, we collect and process your voice recordings to transcribe your queries and provide coaching responses.
We use your data to:
Provide Services: Create and manage your account, track your workouts, and visualize your progress.
AI Coaching: Process your voice and text inputs via OpenAI to act as your virtual fitness coach.
Personalization: Tailor workout recommendations based on your fitness profile and goals.
Communication: Send you important updates, security alerts, and support messages.
Improvement: Analyze usage trends (via Vexo Analytics) to improve App performance and user experience.
The App requires the following permissions to function correctly:
Camera & Photo Library: To allow you to upload or change your profile picture.
Microphone: To enable voice interaction with the AI Coach.
Note: We do not track your precise geolocation.

We retain your personal and health data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services.
Voice Data: Voice recordings are processed for immediate transcription and interaction.
You can view and update your personal profile, body metrics, and fitness preferences directly within the App's "Profile" and "Settings" sections.
You have the right to request the deletion of your account and all associated data. Current Process: Since an automated deletion feature is currently under development, please contact us at iamsaiteja2411@gamil.com with the subject line "Delete Account" to request complete data removal. We will process your request within 30 days.
We implement industry-standard security measures (including encryption and secure tokens) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
Our App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date.
