Summer Research Experience
Summer Lab Intern in the Bio Resolution Lab, under the supervision of Dr. Nitin Mohan at Department of Biological Sciences and Bioengineering , Indian Institute of Technology ( IIT) Kanpur.
A two-week Summer Training Programme on the topic, “Current Diagnostic & Therapeutic Modalities for COVID-19”, organized by the Department of Zoology, Shivaji College, University of Delhi. Learnt about Reverse Vaccinology: Immunoinformatics tools like BepiPred 2.0, NetMHCpan-4.1 and PROSITE.
Research intern at Bioinformatics Centre, Sri Venketeswara College, University of Delhi worked on the Breast Cancer Project.This project allowed me to develop bioinformatics skills including sequence annotation, using different databases like PDB, PubChem, NCBI, visualization tool- Rasmol, Molecular Docking - "Sanjeevni" software by IIT Delhi
