In a serene setting at Cacao Mountain Resort in Combado, Maasin City, an inaugural event titled 'Whispers of Wisdom, Echoes from College Years' unfolded on May 25, 2024.

The one-day event was participated by graduating students of Southern Leyte State University-Maasin City Campus (SLSU-MCC) aimed to commemorate their college experiences and embrace the essence of their journey. It allowed everyone to take the chance to feel the presence of mindfulness. Students were able to release their different emotional griefs and inspirational reflections on life through engaging in various activities.

The event provided greater acknowledgment, especially to the guest speakers who have given their efforts and time to take this moment. It enabled them to breathe and meditate concerning understanding a life of spirit. This was recognized as one of the most important events that brought ample changes in life towards a purposeful personal goal.

As participants departed from the event, they carried with them not only cherished memories but also a newfound clarity and determination to pursue their personal goals with unwavering resolve.
