• Firebase User ID (UID)

This information is collected solely for authentication and account management.

Authentication

PulseCode supports the following authentication methods:

• Google Sign-In

• Email and Password Authentication

Authentication is securely provided by Firebase Authentication.

Local Data Storage

PulseCode stores your coding progress and app-related information only on your device using local storage.

Examples include:

• Solved coding problems

• Learning progress

• App preferences

• Dark mode settings

• Other user-created app data

This information is not uploaded to our servers.

Please note that if you uninstall the app or clear its data, your locally stored information may be permanently deleted.

How We Use Your Information

Authentication is handled securely through Firebase Authentication.

Your locally stored data remains on your device and is protected by your device’s own security features.

However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure.

Account Deletion

You may permanently delete your account at any time.

When your account is deleted:

• Your Firebase Authentication account is permanently removed.

• Authentication-related information associated with your account is deleted.

• Any app data stored locally on your device can be removed by deleting the app or clearing its app data.

Data Retention

Authentication information is retained only while your account exists.

Once your account is deleted, authentication data associated with your account is permanently removed, except where retention is required by applicable law.
