Pulpous Knack: A Soft Skill & Campus Coaching Business

I started Pulpous Knack in 2023 with a simple mission: to help students learn the Soft skills they need to succeed in their desirred industry. I had been working as a human resource professional for a periord , and I saw firsthand the demand for Soft skilled  professionals. I also saw that many students were not getting the training & they needed to enter this field.

I started by offering free Soft Skill workshops to students at local universities. The workshops were a success, and I quickly realized that there was a real need for Soft Skill training. I decided to focus more on my job and focus on building Pulpous Knack.

In the early days, Pulpous Knack was a bootstrapped operation. I did everything myself, from marketing to teaching to customer support. It was a lot of hard work, but I was passionate about the mission.
