A bit more about me
I grew up in Maui, Hawai’i where we “talk story” and there is a deep and rich history of oral storytelling. Growing up there I learned a valuable lesson- when we take the time to listen we are doing something profound, we are telling people that we care about them and the things they have to say.
By a stoke of great luck (and lots of hard work) storytelling is my job. It is the greatest joy of my life to use audio to connect with people- to make them laugh and cry and say, “that’s so interesting, I have to tell someone about this!”
My mission as an audio producer is to create connection and foster empathy. From the guests and hosts I work with, to the sound engineers and everyone in between, I think each podcast has a chance to bring people together.
