This Privacy Policy applies to the Puff Zero app (the “Application”), provided by Yaroslav Levtsun (the “Service Provider”), and explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you use the Application. By continuing to use the Application, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

Information Collection and Use

We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions, validate in-app purchases, test pricing models, and support all other standard functionality related to in-app purchases. RevenueCat may provide us with limited, anonymized metadata, including:

• Purchase history (e.g., active subscription, refund status, app usage time)

• General app installation metadata (e.g., install date)

We use an anonymized app user ID to manage subscriptions and respond to support requests.
The Application does not collect names, email addresses, precise location data, contacts, photos, or other personal device content.

We use Mixpanel, a third-party analytics tool, to help us better understand how users interact with the app. This includes collecting anonymized behavioral data such as:

• How users progress through the onboarding flow

• General usage patterns of key features

• Where users may exit the app or stop engaging during certain flows
  
  

This data helps us improve app design, reduce friction, and enhance the user experience.

Third-Party Services

We may use trusted third-party services under strict confidentiality terms. These currently include:

• RevenueCat

• DeepSeek

If a refund is requested, RevenueCat may share anonymized purchase metadata with Apple to help assess the request (e.g., install date, app usage time, refund history).

We may also disclose limited information when required to:

• Comply with legal obligations (e.g., court orders or law enforcement requests)

• Prevent fraud or abuse

• Work with service providers who are contractually bound to protect your data

Data Retention

We retain RevenueCat-related metadata indefinitely by default, as required to manage subscriptions, validate purchases, and support app functionality. This data is not automatically deleted when you uninstall the app. If you wish to have your RevenueCat data deleted (which may affect access to premium features), you can request its removal by contacting us at:

Children’s Privacy

The Application is not intended for users under the age of 17. We do not knowingly collect any personal data from users under 17.
If we learn that such data exists, we will delete it. Parents or guardians may contact us with concerns.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information provided by third-party services. While we take precautions, no system is completely secure.

Your Rights (EU/EEA Residents)

If you are located in the EU, EEA, or a region with similar privacy regulations, you have the following rights regarding your data:

• Access – You may request access to the limited, anonymized purchase data associated with your app user ID.
  
  

• Deletion – You may request deletion of your RevenueCat purchase record. This will remove your subscription data and may affect premium access.
  
  

• Correction – If any purchase metadata appears inaccurate, please let us know. While we cannot modify transaction records from Apple, we will work with Apple to resolve discrepancies where possible.
  
  

• Objection and Consent Withdrawal – You may object to the processing of your data or withdraw your consent. In practice, this means we can delete your RevenueCat record upon request, which will terminate access to any premium features.
