Puff is good in melee, but I'm gonna be honest. I looked everywhere on the internet to try and find Puff's kill rest percents and haven't found anything on it. All I know is that it does 28% damage and it is capable of KOing most characters under 15% from center stage. Sorry Melee community, I tried my best. #FreeMelee !!!!!
