You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict or inhibit anyone else's use and enjoyment of the app. As a street dance community platform, we expect all users to respect fellow dancers, crews, and the diverse dance styles represented.
3. Street Dance Community Guidelines
As a member of our street dance community:
• Respect the traditions and history of different dance styles
• Give proper credit when sharing choreography inspired by others
• Provide constructive feedback on dance videos shared by others
• Respect the culture and origins of street dance styles
• Support other dancers' growth and learning journey
• Report any content that inappropriately appropriates or misrepresents dance cultures
4. Intellectual Property
All content included in the app, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of the app owner or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright laws. Original choreography and dance performances posted by users remain the intellectual property of those users, though they grant us license to display such content as outlined in Content Submission.
5. Dance Events and Challenges
When participating in virtual battles, challenges, or events on our platform:
• Follow the specific rules of each event
• Accept judging decisions with respect
• Maintain good sportsmanship in competitive environments
• Refrain from making derogatory comments about other participants
6. Limitation of Liability
The app is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event shall we be liable for any damages arising from the use of the app. This includes any injuries that may occur while practicing dance moves shared on the platform.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the app after any changes indicates your acceptance of the new terms.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the app at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users of the app.
9. User Accounts
You may be required to create an account to use certain features of the app. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
10. Content Submission
By submitting content to the app, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the app. For dance videos, tutorials, and choreography:
• You confirm you have the right to share this content
• You retain ownership of your original dance creations
• You allow us to feature your content in community highlights and promotional materials
• You permit other users to learn from your content, though they should credit you if performing it elsewhere
• You are responsible for obtaining necessary rights for any music used in your videos
11. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:
• Using the app for any illegal purpose
• Attempting to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the app
• Using the app in a manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the app
• Uploading invalid data, viruses, worms, or other software agents through the app
• Posting content that appropriates dance cultures disrespectfully
• Sharing dance content with dangerous moves without proper safety warnings
• Engaging in cyberbullying or harassment of other dancers or crews
• Misrepresenting your dance credentials or affiliations
12. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the app owner operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
