Departure/Return

• We recommend that you and your group arrive at least 2 hours before boarding. This will give you time to check-in with a desk agent upon arrival and pass through security.

• The Group Leader is solely responsible for checking the group in when you arrive at the airport. Individual travelers should not be checking into their flight. 

• Travelers are strongly encouraged to ONLY travel with a carry-on suitcase and a personal item for under their seat. (We highly recommend they use their EF backpack for their personal item). We encourage travelers to research their airline’s baggage policy to double check which types of luggage are allowed on the aircraft.

• Most flights will not include a meal, so travelers are encouraged to bring snacks with them if they feel like they may get hungry.

• TSA regulations require that all travelers who are 18 years or older at the time of travel MUST present a Government Issued photo ID. It’s also important to note that any adult traveler going on tour on or after May 7th, 2025, will need a government-issued Real ID in order to pass through security and board their flight.

• Travelers who are 18 years or older at the time of travel must have the name on their airline ticket match exactly to their Government Issued photo ID that they will be presenting upon check-in at the airport.

• If travelers need to make a name change, please have them call Customer Service at 888.333.9756 in order to avoid a minimum of a $100 name change fee.
